DE POSITIE VAN DE ZIJBORSTELS CONTROLEREN EN AFSTELLEN

OPMERKING

Er zijn verschillende soorten borstels leverbaar. Deze procedure is van toepassing op alle soorten borstels.

Controle

1.Controleer of de zijborstels de juiste hoogte en kanteling vanaf de vloer hebben. Ga als volgt te werk:

•Zet de machine op een vlakke ondergrond.

•Zet de machine stil, laat de zijborstels volledig zakken en laat deze enkele seconden draaien.

•Zet de zijborstels stil en breng deze omhoog voordat u de machine verplaatst.

•Controleer of de indruk van de zijborstels in de breedte en richting als volgt is:

–de zijborstel rechts moet de vloer raken in een draaicirkel tussen 11 uur en 4 uur (1, Afb. AE).

–de zijborstel links moet de vloer raken in een draaicirkel tussen 8 uur en 1 uur (2, Afb. AE).

•Stel de hoogte van de borstels af als de indrukken anders zijn dan in de vorige punten wordt beschreven.

2.Trek de parkeerrem met de hendel (13, Afb. E) aan.

3.Draai de contactsleutel (24, Afb. D) in stand ‘UIT’ en verwijder de sleutel.

Afstelling van de hoogte van de zijborstels

4.Draai aan beide kanten van de machine aan de zelfborgende spanningsmoer (3, Afb. AF) van de veer (4), overwegende dat:

•losdraaien van de moer (3) doet de borstel zakken;

•vastdraaien van de moer (3) doet de borstel omhoog gaan.

5.Voer punt 1 opnieuw uit.

Regeling van de voorwaartse hellingshoek (5, Afb. AF) van de zijborstels

6.Draai aan beide kanten van de machine de contramoeren (6 en 7, Afb. AF) los en regel de voorwaartse hellingshoek (5) door een hendel in de opening (9) te voeren en te draaien aan de trekband (8).

7.Draai als de afstelling is uitgevoerd de contramoeren (6) en (7) vast.

8.Voer punt 1 opnieuw uit.

Regeling van de zijwaartse hellingshoek (10, Afb. AF) van de zijborstels

9.Draai aan beide kanten van de machine de schroeven (11 en 12, Afb. AF) los en regel de zijwaartse hellingshoek (10). Als de afstelling is uitgevoerd, de schroeven (11) en (12) vastdraaien.

10.Voer punt 1 opnieuw uit.

Afstelling van de zijwaartse positie van de zijborstels

11.Dit afstellen is nuttig om de zijwaartse positie van de borstels te optimaliseren ten opzichte van de aanzuigmond (17, Afb. G).

12.Schroef voor de afstelling de zelfborgende moeren (1 en/of 2, Afb. AG) los/vast, waardoor de zijwaartse positie van de borstels varieert. In de optimale afstelling staan de armen met een lichte druk naar buiten.

13.Als de borstels door overmatige slijtage niet meer kunnen worden afgesteld, moeten de borstels zoals in het betreffende deel worden vervangen.

DE POSITIE VAN DE DERDE BORSTEL CONTROLEREN EN AFSTELLEN

OPMERKING

Er zijn verschillende soorten borstels leverbaar. Deze procedure is van toepassing op alle soorten borstels.

Controle van de positie van de derde borstel

1.Controleer of de derde borstel de juiste hoogte en kanteling vanaf de vloer hebben. Ga als volgt te werk:

•Zet de machine op een vlakke ondergrond.

•Start de machine en breng de arm van de derde borstel (1, Afb. AH) recht voor de stuurcabine (zoals afgebeeld) (ga daarbij te werk zoals beschreven in de speciﬁeke paragraaf).

•Zet de machine stil en laat de derde borstel (2, Afb. AH) helemaal zakken en laat deze enkele seconden draaien.

•Zet de derde borstel stil en breng deze omhoog voordat u de machine verplaatst.

•Controleer of de indruk van de derde borstel in de breedte en richting als volgt is:

–De borstel moet de vloer raken in een draaicirkel tussen 10 uur en 2 uur (3, Afb. AH).

–De voorwaartse hellingshoek (4, Afb. AH) van de borstel moet ongeveer 10 graden zijn. Stel indien nodig de borstel af en ga te werk als in de volgende punten.

2.Schakel de parkeerrem (13, Afb. E) in.

3.Draai de contactsleutel (24, Afb. D) in stand ‘UIT’ en verwijder de sleutel.
