Use Call Park

Use the Call Park feature to hold temporarily (park) and retrieve a call from any

telephone or handset. Using Call Park does not tie up a line and, when configured network-wide, you can use it across networks. You can configure a System Park Extension to automatically park most calls.

To park a call on the System Park DN or your own DN:

To park a call on a DN other than the System Park DN or your own DN:

During an active call, select the Park soft key.

By default, the call is parked on your DN unless a System Park is enabled to automatically park calls on the system.

1.Select the Park soft key.

2.Enter the DN where you want to park the call.

3.Select the Park soft key again.

Record a Calling Party Number

Use the Calling Party Number feature to record a caller’s number or to charge a call to an account number for accounting purposes during an established call.

To record a caller’s number for accounting purposes:

1.Press the Call Party soft key to place the caller on hold. The entered number displays.
