Applying Power to the CVX 600

Procedure

To apply power to the CVX 600, follow these steps:

Step	Action

1Ensure that you have connected all power cables to the appropriate terminals.

2Ensure that you have installed the clear protective cover over the power cable terminals.

3Ensure that you have inserted the flash memory card in PCMCIA slot 1 on the SCC (the upper SCC, if using master and redundant SCCs).

4Ensure that both switches on the circuit breakers (PDUs) are off.

5Apply power from the power source.

6Ensure that the red LEDs on both PDUs are on. If they are, turn the switches on both circuit breakers (PDUs) on. If the LEDs are not on, check all power connections.
