			If Tractor 2 is installed, remove it
			to determine whether the problem
			is with the carrier home position
			sensor or the Tractor 2 home
			position sensor. See the “Tractor
			2 Service Check” on page 2-33.
		None	Home Position Error Without
			Alarm
			Go to “Power Service Check”
			on page 2-27.
Power	ON	None	Timer Error
Ready	Blinking		Turn the printer off and then back
Tractor 2	Blinking
			on. If you get the same error
Paper Out	Blinking
			during power-up, replace the logic
Font Lock	Blinking
			board and readjust the
			bidirectional print adjustment.
			Go to “Bidirectional Print
			Adjustment” on page 4-4.
Power	ON	None	Hardware Drive Error
Ready	Blinking		The printhead or the printhead
Tractor 2	Blinking
			cable(s) can cause this error. Go
Paper Out	Blinking
			to “Printhead Service Check”
Font Lock	Blinking
			on page 2-29.
			Turn the printer off and then back
			on. If you get the same error,
			replace the logic board and
			readjust the “Bidirectional Print
			Adjustment” on page 4-4.
			If the printer completes POST
			successfully and eventually gets
			the same error, go to
			“Intermittent Problem Service
			Check” on page 2-18.
