FEATURE	OPTION			DESCRIPTION
Scanner	Default	Doc. Type	Doc. Type:	Allows you to specify the type of
Setup	Settings		Text, Text&Photo,	images on the document.
			Photo, Extra Fine
			Removal for	Allows you to block out the color
			Background &	background of the image
			Show-Through	(assuming document has a color
			(sTHR):	background) - such that the
			Auto, OFF, 1(Low),	background color is not printed.
			2, 3, 4, 5(High),	Use Show-Through when copying
			sTHR	documents that are printed on
				both sides (for example
				newspaper). This function
				removes the reverse image and
				characters.
		Density	-3, -2, -1, 0, +1, +2,	Adjust density
			+3	Darker: Enhance image sharpness
				and color.
				Lighter: Reduce hue and color.
		Resolution	75dpi, 100dpi,	Allows you to select the
			150dpi, 200dpi,	appropriate resolution.
			300dpi, 400dpi,	Remember the higher the
			600dpi	resolution the bigger the file size!
		Scan Size	Auto, A3, B4,	Allows you to select the paper size
			A4(LEF), A4,	to match the document size.
			B5(LEF), B5,
			A5(LEF), A5,
			Letter(LEF), Letter,
			Tabloid, Legal 14,
			H.LTR
		Cont. Scan	OFF, ON	Allows you to continue scanning
				more documents. Allows you to
				construct a single scan job from
				multiple individual sheets or
				originals.
		Direction	Left Edge, Top Edge	Specify the orientation of the
				leading edge of the document in
				the ADF or on the document glass.
		Grayscale	OFF, ON	Select ON to print in grayscale or
				black-and-white.
