Scan to E-mail

NOTE

Using the options available on the touch screen, you can enter e-mail information and alter the scan output to suit your needs:

1	Others	Reply To	User defined	Use the on-screen keyboard to enter
				an e-mail address or search the
				address book.
		E-mail	Subject:Template	Enter new or edit the default e-mail
		Subject	Text:Template	subject and text templates.
			Select Subject	Use the on-screen keyboard to edit
			Select Text	the subject/text or touch the on-
				screen button to select the subject/
				text templates.
		File Name	User defined	Use the on-screen keyboard to enter
				an appropriate file name.
		DuplexScan	OFF, Right&Left,	Select the bound originals binding
			Top	position.
		Cont. Scan	OFF, ON	Allows you to continue scanning more
				documents. Allows you to construct a
				single scan job from multiple
				individual sheets or originals. Refer to
				“Continuous Scan Mode” on page 109
				for details.
		Direction	Left Edge, Top	Specify the orientation of the leading
			Edge	edge of the document in the ADF or on
				the document glass.
		Grayscale	OFF, ON	Select ON to print in grayscale or
				black-and-white.
