De plus, la garantie ne couvre pas les dommages encourus lors d’évènements provoqués par la Nature tels que: incendie, inondation, ouragans et tornades.

Sunbeam ne sera pas tenu responsable de tout dommage encouru de manière accidentelle ou conséquente découlant du manquement des conditions de garantie implicites ou statutaires. A moins que ce ne soit interdit par la loi en vigueur, toute garantie, condition marchande ou définition d’usage est limitée à la durée de la garantie mentionnée
