Faxes - receiving

■Handset is off the main unit

When the handset rings,

1 press TALK .

When:

2 — document reception is required,

— a fax calling tone (slow beep) is heard, or

— no sound is heard, press FAX .

●If you are having trouble, see pages 122 and 123.

■Handset is on the main unit

1	When the unit rings,
	lift the handset.

3	Replace the handset.
