Making and Answering Calls

Answering a voice call with the handset

1	Handset is off the main unit:
1	Press TALK when the handset rings.	TALK

●You can also answer a call by pressing any

dial key 0 to 9, , or #. (Any key talk feature)

Just lift the handset when the main unit rings.

To mute your voice to the other party

1.Press MUTE during a telephone conversation using the speakerphone.

Display:<MUTE>

●The other party cannot hear you, but you can hear them.

2.To resume the conversation, press MUTE again.

Hints for the speakerphone operation

●Use the speakerphone in a quiet room.

●If you have difficulty hearing the other party,

adjust the volume using or .

●If you and the other party speak at the same time, parts of your conversation will be cut off.

●If the handset is on the main unit while using the speakerphone, you may switch to the handset by lifting it up.
