3.2.5Printing the System Working Report

The system working report contains the following:

•The number of incoming calls and answered calls

•The percentage of answered calls versus all incoming calls

•The number of accesses requested and successful calls

•The percentage of successful calls versus tries

•The average call duration

This report can also be printed out by the manager.
