[DVI-I IN]

Switch the setting when the external equipment is connected to the <DVI-I IN> terminal of the projector and the image is not projected correctly.

When digital signals are input

1)Press as to select [DVI-I IN].

2)Press the <ENTER> button.

ff The [DVI-I IN] screen is displayed.

3)Press as to select [DIGITAL/ANALOG].4)Press qw to switch [DIGITAL].5)Press as to select [EDID].6)Press qw to switch [EDID].

ff The items will switch each time you press the button.

[EDID3]

Recognize movie-type image signals and still image-type signals automatically.

[EDID1]

Select mainly when an external device that outputs movie-type image signals (such as a blu-ray disk

player) is connected to the <DVI-I IN> terminal.

 

[EDID2]

Select mainly when an external device that outputs still image-type signals (such as a computer) is

connected to the <DVI-I IN> terminal.

 

7)Press as to select [SIGNAL LEVEL].8)Press qw to switch [SIGNAL LEVEL].

ff The items will switch each time you press the button.

[0-255:PC]

Select when an external device (such as a computer) is connected via DVI terminal output.

[16-235]

Select when an external device (such as a blu-ray disc player) is connected via HDMI terminal output

by use of a conversion cable or similar cable.

 

When analog signals are input

1)Press as to select [DVI-I IN].

2)Press the <ENTER> button.

ff The [DVI-I IN] screen is displayed.

3)Press as to select [DIGITAL/ANALOG].

4)Press qw to switch to [ANALOG].5)Press as to select [SYNC SLICE LEVEL].6)Press qw to switch [SYNC SLICE LEVEL].

ff The items will switch each time you press the button.

[LOW]

Set the slice level to [LOW].

[HIGH]

Set the slice level to [HIGH].

Note

ff The optimal setting is different depending on the output setting of the connected external equipment. Refer to the instruction manual of the external equipment regarding the output of the external equipment.

ff The data for Plug and play will change when the setting is changed. Refer to “List of compatible signals” (x page 121) for a resolution that supports plug and play.
