Printing Out a Confidential Document from Your Machine's Mailbox

After you have been notified that someone has transmitted a confidential document to your machine's mailbox, use the following procedure to print out the confidential document.

1 FUNCTION 5

CONF. COMM. (1±5) ENTER NO. OR 

2 4 SET

3	Enter the Confidential Code of the document you want to
	print out.
	Ex: 2 2 3 3

4 SET

The machine will print out the confidential documents.

* PRINTING * PAGE=001/001

Note: The confidential file will be erased automatically after being printed out even if the setting of Fax Parameter No. 42 (CONF. POLLED FILE SAVE) is changed to ºValidº.
