3Click the Role Mapping tab.
The Directory Services - Role Mapping dialog box is displayed.
Each of the Collaboration Server user types: Administrator, Administrator Read-Only,
Auditor, Operator and Chairperson can be mapped to only one Active Directory Group or
Role according to the customer’s specific implementation.
In Ultra Secure Mode there are only two user types: Operator and Administrator.
A Collaboration Server user that belongs to multiple Active Directory Groups is
assigned to the Group with the least privileges.
4Map the Collaboration Server User Types, to their Active Directory roles by modifying the
following fields.

Restoring the RealPresence® Collaboration Server (RMX®) 1500/2000/4000 Using the USB Port
When the RMX is in Ultra Secure Mode, the Restoring the RealPresence® Collaboration Server
Using the USB Port procedure can be used to set the RMX back to its factory default settings,
if for any combination of factors the system becomes unstable or unmanageable.
