In the event that repairs can not be obtained conveniently, product service may also be obtained by returning the unit to Raytheon’s Product Repair Center using the prepaid UPS shipping tag supplied with your unit to:

The Product Repair Center is open Monday through Friday 8:15am. to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. All products returned to the Repair Center are registered upon receipt. A confirmation letter will be sent to you acknowledging the repair status and the product’s reference number.
