6The display asks you to enter another fax number to send the document.

7Select “1.YES” by pressing 1 and repeat from step 4 to enter another fax number.

Note that you cannot use Group dial numbers for another fax number.

8To send to one location or when you complete the last fax number setting, select “2.NO” by pressing 2 in the “ANOTHER FAX NO.?” screen.

9Press Enter. The document is scanned into memory with Black and White mode and the display shows a reminder that a toll save transmission is reserved at the preset time.

Transmission will be start at 11:45 PM.

• You cannot use a colour fax for a toll save transmission.

• To cancel the job reserved in memory, see “Cancelling a
