4If the remote machine is secured with a Poll code, you must enter the correct code and then press Enter.

Or

If the remote machine is not secured with a Poll code, just press Enter to accept “0000”.

5Your product starts to receive the document from the remote fax machine.

Adding Documents To a Scheduled

Operation

You can add documents to a transmission previously reserved in your product’s memory.

1Load the document(s) face down into the document feeder. “DOCUMENT READY” appears in the display.

2You can adjust the resolution and the contrast to suit your fax needs. For details, see page 5.3.

3Press Setup.

4Press the Scroll buttons ( or ) until you see “4.ADVANCED FAX” and then press Enter.

5Press the Scroll buttons ( or ) until you see “ADD SCHEDULE” and then press Enter.

6Press the Scroll buttons ( or ) repeatedly until you see the operation to which you want to add documents on the display, then press Enter.

7The product automatically stores the documents in the memory, and the display shows the memory capacity and the number of pages.

After storing, the product displays the number of total pages and then returns to Standby mode.
