6Repeat step 5 to enter another speed dial number into the group.

7When you have entered all the desired numbers, press Cancel/Reset. The display prompts you to enter a name.

8If you want to assign a name to the group, enter the desired name.

Or, skip this step.

9Press Enter after you enter the name or without entering the name.

10 If you want to assign another group, repeat from step 3.

To return to Standby mode, press Cancel/Reset.

Sending a Fax Using Group Dialling (Multi-Address Transmission)

You can use Group Dialling for broadcasting, delayed fax, or toll save transmission.

Follow the procedure of the desired operation (broadcasting

-page 5.28, delayed fax - page 5.29, toll save transmission

-page 5.12). When you come to a step in which the display requests you to enter the remote fax number, press the one- touch button assigned to a group. You can use only one group number for one operation. Then continue the procedure to complete the desired operation.

Your product automatically scans the document loaded in the document tray into the memory, and the product will dial each of the numbers included in the Group.
