6Enter the time using the number keypad you want to start forwarding incoming faxes and then press Enter.

7Enter the date using the number keypad you want to end forwarding incoming faxes and then press Enter.

8Enter the time using the number keypad you want to end forwarding incoming faxes and then press Enter.

9The display shows “FW” at the left side of the receiving mode, for example “FW FAX” at the bottom right corner to indicate that the fax forwarding feature is activated.

When the time you have set to start forwarding is up, the display shows “FORWARDING”.
