Cleaning the Cartridge Holder Contacts

1Open the front panel and the top cover. The print cartridges move to the centre of the printer.

2Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet or the rear of the product.

3Remove the print cartridges.

4Use a CLEAN, DRY CLOTH to clean the print cartridge holder contacts inside the printer.

5Install the print cartridges, and close the top cover and the front panel.

Then plug the power cord in.
