Note: The Music application will look in the Media folder for audio content to play
but the Media Player will not look in the Music folder. For audio files transferred
from your computer, they are more accessible if you put the files in the Media
folder since both applications can play those files (if the format is supported).
1. Press , highlight the Tools menu, and press .
2. Select Mass Storage.
3. Select File Manager.
4. Using the navigation keys, highlight Phone or Memory card and
press .
5. Navigate through your phone’s menu tree to the desired file.
•To erase a file, highlight the file to be deleted, and press the right
softkey for Options, followed by Erase.
•If the file is viewable or playable on your phone, press to view/
play. Not all files can be viewed or played.
Memory Info.
To view the amount of storage space used on your phone:
1. Press , highlight the Tools menu, and press .
2. Select Mass Storage.
3. Select Memory Info..
4. Using the navigation keys, highlight ALL,Phone or Card and
press .The amount of storage space used and available is displayed
on-screen.
5. When you are fi nished, press the left soft key for Done.

Voice Memo
You can use your phone to record brief memos to remind you of important events,
phone numbers, or other items.
A total of 10 minutes in 10 separate memos can be recorded and saved. Individual
memos can record up to 60 seconds of audio.
