6ALARM DURATION (default: 20S)

You can specify the duration of alarm recording triggered when an alarm condition is detected.

For example, if the duration is set to “5S”, alarm video is recorded for 5 seconds after an alarm signal is received.

Available options:

5S, 10S, 20S, 40S, 1M, 2M, 3M, 4M, 5M, 10M, 15M, CC

If you select “CC”, the alarm recording mechanism continuously works as long as the alarm signal is being received.

The alarm recording mechanism works for at least 5 seconds in response to one alarm signal even if the alarm signal goes off instantly.

7ALARM TRIGGER (default: ALARM)

You can configure the alarm recording trigger condition (i.e., when the alarm recording mechanism is activated).

Available options:

ALARM (external alarm):

When the external alarm device has input an alarm signal to the alarm input terminal on the DVR’s rear panel.

SENSOR (motion sensor):

When the motion sensor has detected something moving in the video.

ALARM OR SENSOR:

When either the external alarm device or the motion sensor has reacted.

ALARM AND SENSOR:

When both the external alarm device and the motion sensor have reacted.

OFF:

The system neither displays a message nor outputs a signal when a video stream is lost.
