Picking up a held call
A colleague in an open-plan office has put a call on hold
on a line key and requests you (verbally) to take over the
call. Your telephone does not have a key for this line.
CLift the handset.
Select and confirm.
EEnter the station number of the telephone at which the
call was held. You automatically pick up this call.
Forwarding calls for lines
I f you ac tiva te ca ll forwarding for a line that ca n also be
accessed at other telephones, the call forwarding func-
tion applies to all line keys belonging to this line.

Storing and activating variable

Press the line key, for examp le, for line 3235.
With the call forwarding key:
Press the key. The lamp lights up.

line are identical with the call forwarding types descri-
