The Sun Netra CP3220 blade server supports virtual LAN configuration for the Sun 10 GbE Multithreaded Networking ASIC ports (MAC addresses 4, 5, 6, and 7). When configured, the virtual LAN feature enables the assignment of multiple MAC address to one port. TABLE 2-3lists the extra MAC addresses available for the Sun 10 GbE Multithreaded Networking ASIC ports.
