Heatsink Installation

IMPORTANT: Due to the weight of the Passive Heatsink (about 1KG), you
need to have Heatsink Mounting plate installed on the chassis to prevent
damage to the CPU and the motherboard)
1. Do not apply any thermal compound to | Passive Heatsink |
the heatsink or the CPU |

amount has already been applied. |

2.Place the heatsink on top of the CPU so that the four mounting holes are aligned with those on the retention mechanism.
Screw#1 Screw#2
3. Screw in two diagonal screws (ie the #1 and the #2 screws) until just snug
4.Finish the installation by fully tightening all four screws.
