Conference [1..1] AutoAnswer Delay

Defines how long (in sec onds) an incoming cal l has to wait before it is answered au tomatically by the
system. Requires the Autoansw er Mode to be enabled.
Valuespace: <0..50>
Range: 0-50 second s
Example: Conference 1 AutoAnswer Delay: 0

Conference [1..1] AutoAnswer Mode

Set the Autoanswer mode.
Valuespace: <On/ Off>
On: The system will automati cally answer all incomi ng calls.
Off: All incoming ca ll must be answered manual ly by pressing the OK key or the gre en Call key on the
remote control.
Example: Conference 1 AutoAnswer Mo de: Off

Conference [1..1] AutoAnswer Mute

The Autoanswer Mute settin g determines whether the mi crophone is muted when an i ncoming call is
automatically answered.
Valuespace: <On/ Off>
On: The incoming call w ill be muted when automatica lly answered.
Off: The incoming ca ll will not be muted.
Example: Conference 1 AutoAnswer Mute: Off

Conference [1..1] MicUnmuteOnDisconne ct

The MicUnmuteOnDisc onnect setting determ ines if the microphones s hould be automatically un muted
when all calls are disco nnected. In a meeting room or othe r shared resource this co uld be done to prepare
the system for the next user.
Valuespace: <On/ Off>
On: Microphones will b e unmuted when all calls ar e disconnected
Off: Microphones wi ll not be unmuted when all ca lls are disconnected
Example: Conference 1 MicUnmuteOnDisco nnect: On

Conference [1..1] DoNotDisturb Mode

The Do Not Disturb settin g determines whether or not t here should be an alert o n incoming calls.
Valuespace: <On/ Off>
On: Set to On when you want no ale rt to incoming calls. The c alling side will recei ve a busy signal when
trying to call the codec.
Off: This is the default s etting. The DoNotDistur b is automatically turned O ff if the codec receive s any
IR signal from the handhe ld remote control.
Example: DoNotDisturb Mode: Off

Conference [1..1] IncomingMultisiteCall M ode

The Incoming Multisite Ca ll setting determines w hether or not the system should a ccept incoming calls to
an already active confere nce.
Valuespace: <Allow /Deny>
Allow: When set to Allow, and with a n ongoing MCU call/con ference, the user can acce pt another
incoming call. This will r esult in the incoming cal l being added to the MCU confere nce.
Deny: The system will not acce pt incoming calls when yo u are in a call. The calling sid e will receive a
busy signal.
Example: Conference 1 IncomingM ultisiteCall Mode: Allow

Conference [1..1] FarEndControl Mode

Lets you decide if the remote sid e (far end) should be al lowed to select your video so urces and control
your local camera (pa n, tilt, zoom).
Valuespace: <On/ Off>
On: Set to On when you want the far e nd to be able to select your vide o sources and control your lo cal
camera (pan, tilt, zoom) . You will still be able to control your ca mera and select your vid eo sources as
normal.
Off: When set to Off the f ar end can not access any of the fe atures above on your system.
Example: Conference 1 FarEndControl Mode: On
