What are “GA” and “SK?”

There are some abbreviations and shortcuts that are very common in TTY conversations. These are two of them. “GA” is used for “Go Ahead,” when a person is done typing and “SK” is used for “Stop Keying” when a person is ready to end a conversation. For a more complete list of abbreviations, please see the back cover of this manual.
