2.Press mode/enter.

Select 01-10: 01

4.Press mode/enter.

Passcode: ****

5.Use the numeric keypad to enter the four-digit passcode for access to the designated voice mail box. To move the cursor to a different digit, press one- touch a to move left or one-touch b to move right.

7.If you’ve entered the correct passcode, you’ll see:

You may now proceed to step 8. However, if you’ve entered an incorrect passcode for this voice mail box, your fax machine will return to standby mode. This is how the fax protects voice mail box messages from unauthorized users. Go back to step 1 and repeat the operation.

8.Press mode/enter. For about two-and-a-half seconds, the fax will display the number of messages stored in the voice mail box you selected.

In this example, there were two messages stored.

9. Then your fax machine will return to the voice mail box standby display:

To continue using the voice mail box system, follow the appropriate instructions for the specific operation you want to perform. Otherwise, press stop to cease voice mail box operation and return the fax to standby.
