	Feature/Code	Selection
	Setting the connecting	If you often have trouble when sending faxes, this feature allows you to
	tone	hear connecting tones: fax tone, ring back tone and busy tone. You can use
	{#}{7}{6}	these tones to confirm the status of the other party’s machine.
		{1} “ON” (default): You will hear connecting tones.
		{2} “OFF”: Deactivates this feature.
		L If the ring back tone continues, the other party’s machine may not be a
			fax machine or may have run out of paper. Check with the other party.
		L The connecting tone volume cannot be adjusted.

	Changing the TEL/FAX	If you use an extension telephone when this unit is in TEL/FAX mode,
	delayed ring setting	select the desired number of times the extension telephone rings before
	{#}{7}{8}	the unit answers the call.

	Setting toner save feature	{1} “ON”: The toner cartridge will last longer.

		L This feature may lower the print quality by reducing toner consumption.

	Resetting advanced	{1} “YES”
	features to their default	{2} “NO” (default)
	settings	To reset the advanced features:
	{#}{8}{0}	1.	Press {MENU}.
		1.	Press {MENU}.
		2.	Press {#}, then {8}{0}.
		3. Press {1} to select “YES”.
		4.	Press {SET}.
		5. Press {SET} again.
		6.	Press {MENU}.
