Symbols and Conventions Used in This Manual

Documents:

A document is anything you put on the feed table of your machine, whether you are faxing it or copy- ing it.

Prints:

A print is anything that comes out of the machine: a fax message you received or a copy you made.

Procedures:

Procedures are described step by step. Perform them in order. When you see a display, it always shows what comes after performing the step it accompanies.
