If an Indicator Lights on the Operation Panel

PRESS STOP KEY” appears in the display:

Press the {Stop} key.

The Receive File indicator is lit:

You have received a fax message which is now stored in the memo- ry. See Chapter 4, “Printing Mes- sages that Have Been Received into Memory (Substitute Recep- tion)” in the Advanced Features manual.

The Check Display indicator is lit:

Read the message on the display and check the descriptions listed on P.43 “Error Messages”.

The Add Toner indicator is blinks:

The toner cartridge is nearly emp- ty.

The Add Toner indicator is lit:

The toner cartridge is empty. In- stall a new cartridge. See Chapter 9, “Replacing the Toner Cartridge and Cleaning Pad” in the Ad- vanced Features manual.
