H Enter a fax number.

Note

Enter a fax number in one of these ways :

Press a Quick Dial key.

Press the Speed Dial key fol- lowed by two digits.

Enter a number on the ten key pad.

I Press the {Yes} key.

Note

If “ALREADY PROGRAMMED” briefly flashes up on the dis- play, either press the {No} key to keep the number and choose another number, or press the {Yes} key to clear.

J Press the {No} key to finish enter- ing numbers in this group.

Note

To enter another number, go back to step H.

Erasing Groups

These steps describe how to erase sin- gle numbers from a group.

A Press the {Function} {3} {3}, and then the {Yes} key.
