Answering Incoming Calls

When the incoming call is for the user currently logged into the Polycom CX700 IP phone, the caller name and information will be displayed.

To answer an incoming call when you are not already in a call:

>>Do one of the following steps: a Pick up the handset.

b Press the Speakerphone key or the Answer soft key to answer the call through the speakerphone.

c Press the Headset key to answer the call through an optionally connected headset.

To answer an incoming call when you are in another call:

>>Press the Answer soft key to access the new call. The original call is put on hold.
