Customizing Your Phone

2Select Change Language, then select your preferred language.

You can choose from Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, Spanish, and Swedish.

Your system administrator selects which of these languages are made available to you. You will be able to select only those languages that your system administrator has deployed.

3Press the OK soft key to save your changes.

The selected language is downloaded to your phone.

Locking and Unlocking Your Phone

After a period of inactivity, your Polycom CX700 phone will lock. You can also lock your phone yourself, for example, if you are leaving your desk.

The inactivity timeout is configured by Microsoft Lync 2010. For more information, contact your system administrator.

To lock your phone:
