Remote Operation

The RUSKA 7350 can be operated remotely by a computer. Three interfaces are supported; IEEE-488, RS-232, and RS-485. All three interfaces support Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments (SCPI).

The IEEE-488 interface additionally supports emulation of a Single Channel Interface Panel (Models 6005-701 and 6005-761). The IEEE-488 interface conforms to the following standards.

ANSI/IEEE Std 488.1-1987

IEEE Standard Digital Interface for Programmable

Instrumentation

ANSI/IEEE Std 488.2-1987

IEEE Standard Codes, Formats, Protocols, and Common
