cool prior to servicing.

 

1.Ensure On/Off switch is in the OFF position.

2.Allow the unit to cool.

3.Remove air compressor plug from outlet.

4.Drain air tank.

5.Locate a suitable container under pump drain plug (K).

6.Remove the dipstick (J) from crankcase­.

7.Remove the oil drain plug (K).

8.Allow ample time for all oil to drain out. (Tilting the compressor towards the drain plug will assist in draining.)

9.Install the oil drain plug.

10.Fill pump with ISO 100/SAE40, non-detergent, premium air compressor oil.

11.Replace dipstick.

The use of any other accessory not recommended for use with this tool could be hazardous. Use only accessories rated equal to or higher than the rating of the air compressor.

Full One Year Warranty

BOSTITCH heavy duty industrial tools are warranted for one year from date of purchase. We will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. For warranty repair information, call 1-800-556-6696. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces.
