Your Wikook is equipped with several safety devices, of which two are for excess pressure.
If one of the safety systems is triggered
First device
•The safety valve releases pressure - fig. 11.
•Turn off the heat.
•Leave your Wikook to cool.
•Open it.
•Carry out complete maintenance on your Wikook (paragraph 3).
Second device
•The gasket lets steam escape between the lid and the pan - fig. 12.
•Turn off the heat.
•Leave your Wikook to cool.
•Open it.
•Have your Wikook inspected at a

If you cannot close the lid: | • Check that the lid is correctly positioned on the pan - fig 1. |
