Your Wikook has an operating pressure (OP) of 20 kPa (2,9 psi) and a maximum safety pressure (SP) of 35 kPa (5 ,075 psi).
•On an electric hob, use a hob whose diameter is eq ual to or smaller than that of the Wikook.
•On a gas hob, the flame must not exceed the pan’s diameter.
•On all hobs, make sure your Wikook is centred and that the bottom of the pan is clean.
Do not heat your pan when empty as this could damage your Wikook.
Not suitable for use on an Aga.
