7 Supplies and accessories

This chapter provides information on the toner cartridge and accessory that are available for your printer.

When the toner runs out, you can order the following type of toner cartridge for your printer:

Toner yield: Approx. 5,000 pages1.

You can purchase and install the following accessory to your printer:

Description

 

 

Optional Tray

If you are experiencing frequent paper supply

 

problems, you can attach additional 250 sheet

 

tray. You can print documents on various sizes

 

and types of print media.

 

 

Memory DIMM

The memory board is installed on the main

 

controller board inside the machine. When you

 

add the optional memory board, it increases

 

print performance.

 

The machine has 32 MB of standard memory

 

and a slot for optional additional memory. The

 

memory can be expanded by installing an

 

optional memory (128 MB).

 

When you expand the total memory capacity,

 

install the following type of memory module.

 

Module Type: SO-DIMM (Small Outline Dual-

 

 

in-line Memory Module)

 

• Memory Type: SDRAM (Synchronous

 

 

Dynamic RAM)

 

Number of Pins: 144 pins

 

CAS latency: 2 or 3
