9.4 Symptoms

If your robotic lawnmower does not work as expected, follow the troubleshooting guide below.

There is a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) on www.automower.com which provides more detailed answers to anumber of standard questions. It you still cannot find the reason for the fault, contact the local dealer.
