Error Handling
Most error commands and error texts for all instruments are new.
The HP 8153A timed out for every error. Errors are handled differ ently by
the Agilent 8163A/B and 8164A/B; instead of timing ou t for every error,
special values are returned for err oneous queries. Table 16 and Table1 7
detail the new errors
The error queue is written to as before.
