Bit 4 is set if the module has not settled, as during the automatic
settling of a Tunable Laser module.
Bit 5 is set if the module is out of specifica tions, or if lambda zeroing
failed for a Tunable Laser modul e.
Bit 6 is set if ARA is recommended.
Bit 7 is set if the duty cycle is out of ran ge.
Bit 8 is set if coherence control is unca librated
Bit 9 is set if attenuator beam path prote ction is enabled (shutter is
closed)
Bit 10 is set if lambda zeroing is recom mended.
All other bits are unused, and therefore set to 0 .
