Constant Current (CC) Verifications
5Readback the output current from the selected output over the remote interface by sending the command:
MEAS:CURR? {P6VP25VN25V}
6Record the value displayed on the controller. This value should be within the limits specified below for each output tested.
Output | Readback Accuracy |
|
|
+6V | IO ± 10 mA |
+25V | IO ± 4 mA |
IO ± 4 mA |
7Program the selected output current to the full scale value (see Table
CURR | 5.0 | for the +6V supply or |
CURR | 1.0 | for the ±25V supply |
8Divide the voltage drop (DVM reading) across the current monitoring resistor
(RM) by its resistance to convert to amps and record this value (IO). This value should be within the limits specified below for each output tested.
Output | Programming Accuracy |
|
|
+6V | 5 A ± 20 mA |
|
|
+25V | 1 A ± 5.5 mA |
|
|
1 A ± 5.5 mA | |

9Readback the output current from the selected output over the remote interface by sending the command:
MEAS:CURR? {P6VP25VN25V}
10Record the value displayed on the controller. This value should be within the limits specified below for each output tested.
Output | Readback Accuracy |
|
|
+6V | IO ± 20 mA |
+25V | IO ± 5.5 mA |
IO ± 5.5 mA |
11Repeat steps (1) through (10) for the remaining outputs.
