TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

FIRE OR EXPLOSION

TO AVOID THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE SERVICING, UNLESS TESTING REQUIRES IT.

			Sealed Top Burners
	PROBLEMS		POSSIBLE CAUSE		CORRECTION
1. Burners wil not ignite		A. Burner orifice, burner cap or		A.	Clean burner orifice, or ign
	"SPARK" at top burner		burner ignition ports
	ignitors.		clogged.
			Poor ground on burner cap.		Clean burner cap.
			Weak spark module.
					Replace spark module.
			Low gas pressure.
					Check pressure (6" WCP
					for LP).
2. Burner will not ignite.		A. No 120 VAC to range.		A.	Check electric at wall outl
	No "SPARK" to burner
	ignitors. Burner knob		Micro Switch contacts not		Check wiring against appr
