For your convenience, the Print button is available in any dialog box you use.

On the next few pages of this manual, you’ll find explanations of the options available from the Print dialog box: Paper Type/Quality, Layout, Color, Background Printing, and Services.

Look here to see the effects of the quality option you choose.

To save these settings for printing future documents, click here.

For highest-quality printing, choose Best.

For faster printing, choose Normal or Draft. Draft is faster than Normal.

Choose the type of paper you have in the paper tray.
