Upon successfully logging in, the KM0832 Administrator Utility Main Webpage appears.

KM0832 Administrator Utility

At the top of the KM0832 Administrator Utility Main Webpage is a menu bar. Underneath the menu bar are several icons. Menus and icons are described in the following pages.

A tree view at the left side of the Main Webpage displays the stations and ports. The KM0832 station icon (at the top of the tree) represents the root node. Under the station icon are either computer icons or chain connector icons, which represent the child nodes—one for each port and arranged in ascending order. Clicking on a computer icon opens the Port Management Webpage for that port. Clicking on a chain connector icon opens the Port Status Webpage for the cascaded station connected to that port.

In this chapter we describe how to use the menus and icons to configure the KM0832 for local operation, set up user and group accounts, configure ports, upgrade firmware, and other administrative functions.
