Chapter 3. Administrator Utility

Logging In

The KM0832 Administrator Utility provides secure, password-protected access to the KM0832. A default super administrator account is provided to login and configure the initial settings:

Username: ADMIN

Password: ADMIN

(The username is not case sensitive; however, the password is case sensitive.)

We recommend that you change the account password immediately. Failure to do so may allow unauthorized users to access the KM0832 and attached servers. See Configuring OSD User Settings, page 62, to change the default password. After other user accounts have been added to the KM0832, it is no longer necessary to use the default super administrator account to log in. This account cannot be deleted and it does not appear in the list of usernames.

To log in to the KM0832 Administrator Utility:

1.Enter the IP address of the KM0832 in the address bar of a Web browser and press Enter. The KM0832 Login Webpage appears.

2. Enter your username and password, and then click Login.
