Using Attendant Recall

Use the Attendant Recall feature to contact an attendant during a call and to connect the caller to the attendant.

To contact the attendant while on a call:

1.Press the Attendant Recall key and stay on the line until the attendant answers.

2.Press the Goodbye key. The caller remains connected to the attendant.

Using Call Park

Use the Call Park feature to hold temporarily (park) and retrieve a call from any IP Deskphone. Using Call Park does not tie up a line. When configured network-wide, Call Park can be used across networks. A System Park extension can be configured to automatically park most calls.
