Identifying installed PCI cards
If there are problems with the PCI cards, do the following to troubleshoot the proble m. I f al l
PCI cards are operational, you can skip this section.
At the command prompt, enter:
/usr/platform/‘uname -m‘/sbin/prtdiag -v | pg
In the section called IO Cards, there is a listing of the PCI cards. The following are
examples of some of the entries you may see. The display you see depends on your
specific configuration.
In this example:
Slot 1 is an SAI/P card
Slot 2 is a SunSwift card
Slot 3 is an HSI/P card
