Usage tips
Error: The Content Serve r is out of disk space -
less than 5% disk space r em ains free on the C:
or E: drive, or on the n etwork attached stor ag e
(NAS), or the Conten t Server has lost conn ection
to the NAS. Current calls are dropped, and new
calls or offline tran scoding jobs are not accepted.
To exit Error mode, free u p disk space, or, i f t he
storage location is on a NAS (see below), ch eck
the NAS, the share p er m issions and the network.

Engine
status
The current Content Engine service
status. A means that the service is running. If the
service is not runn i ng, a is displayed with
the last time and dat e that the service cont acted
the database.
Transcode
Engine
status
The current Transcode Engine
service status.

calls
A pictorial represen tation of the
number of current call s.
An orange bar represen ts a call with live
streaming output s.
A brown bar represent s a call with on demand
outputs only.
Call list
A list of active confer ences is
displayed when ther e ar e l i ve calls.
Click on a conference n am e to display the Ed it
conference page for that conferen ce .
Currently
transcoding
Whether the Content Server is
currently transcoding. or No.
If the Content Server is currently transcoding, the
Transcoding job li st displays a list of conf erence
names that are curren tly being transcoded, the
outputs being prod uced and the percent age
complete.
Transcoding
job list
The list of conference s currently
being transcoded is di spl a yed when
processing occurs.
Shows the outputs being produced and the
percentage comp leted. Click on a conferen ce
name to display the Edit conference page for
that conference.
End all calls
Click to terminate all current calls.
The End all calls button is displayed when there
are live calls.
Content Server infor m ation
IP address
The Content Server's I P address.
Device
serial
number
The Content Server's se rial number.
This is used to generat e keys required to
upgrade the Cont ent Server.
Software
version
The currently instal l ed software
version.
This is also displayed at the bottom of every
page.

what they allow.
