Conferences (record ed calls) are displa yed in three lists. You r access to each of the list s depends on
whether you have logg ed in, and if you have, your u ser role. Which conferences you see in the lists
depends on the permi ssi ons set on the conferen ce. (Permissions determine who can view or edit the
conference.) To disp lay the Conference li st s, go to View Conferences.
Live conferences list
This list shows calls t hat are currently bein g recorded. When th e call completes, the resu lting
conference is tran sf er r ed to the Recorded l ist. If there are outpu ts to transcode, the con ference also
appears in the Pend ing queue. This page refresh es automatically e ve ry 10 seconds.

All live conferences that guests have perm ission to view are listed .
Viewer
All live conferences that you have permissi on to view or edit are list ed.
Creator
All live conferences that you have permissi on to view or edit are list ed.
Site manager
All live conferences are listed. Site m an agers can edit all live con f erences.
Pending queue
The Pending queue sh ows co nferences for which the Content Server is cu rrently processin g
(transcoding) th e outputs. The number and types of output depen d on the Recording alias used for the
conference, or what ou tputs have been select ed in the Manage Outpu ts page. (Also see
Understanding recording configurations.) This page refreshes automatica l l y every 10 seconds.

The Recorded conferen ce s list shows conferen ces for which the ca ll has completed. I f the Content
Server is still processi ng (transcod i ng ) the outputs for a conferen ce, then the conferen ce is listed even
though it cannot b e wat ch ed or downloaded, an d the icon is displayed beside it. When processi ng
is complete, the ap propriate links are d isplayed - see below. This p age does not refresh aut omatically.
